Very interesting way of looking at eating.
Overzealous in my book registering, I inadvertently registered this book twice. Next time I will check the cover page before I register a new book. I did sent an email to BookCrossing support to request removal of the duplicate registration, and I removed the newer label. Thanks for catching my error!
Picked up at the July Boston Bookcrossers MeetUp. I'm not sure, it will either be very fescinating or incredibly annoying but I suspect a bit of both.
It wasn't as irritating as I feared but most of her insights would be covered a bit more thoughtfully in a book on mindfulness, which is perhaps her real theme. Still, a light and frothy read, as befits a Champagne CEO.
