Scarlett: The Sequel to Margaret Mitchell's "Gone With the Wind"

I was a bit disappointed with this "sequel" to Gone With the Wind. It didn't measure up to the original. The only reason it made number one on any best seller list is people hoped it would be as rich, lively and entertaining as Margaret Mitchells book. The plot was stupid, the charaters flat and uninspiring, and the I believe Margaret would have burned it! I really don't recommend this book to anyone, but that's just my opinion...others may love it so I'm releasing it in hopes that it can find a kinder, less critical home than it's found with me.
