Death has never been busier.

I am a bit sceptical if this book will be something for me. But Sunneschii said it was worth it, so I give it a try.

I really liked this read and could hardly put it down! Death tells this very sad story with a special sense of humor. It is really worth to accompany Lisl on the little adventures she has with her friend Rudy, see how she learns to read with the help of her foster father and besides this, see how her life is more and more influenced by the horrible regime that has taken hold of her country.
