Luther and Nora Krank decide to skip Christmas since their daughter Blair is going to Peru with the Peace Corps. No turkey, tree, decorations or presents this year instead they decide to go on a 10 day cruise to the Caribbean. They get a lot of hassle from their friends and neighbors until on Christmas Eve Blair calls and say's that she os coming home for Christmas after all and she will be there in 8 hours! Can they get their home ready in time?
