Picked up for a quarter at the Jefferson, WI flea Market last summer. My husband loves all the writings of Thor Heyerdahl's adventures in the South Pacific and he much enjoyed this book.

I have a couple of Heyerdahl's other books on my BookCrossing shelves. Aku-Aku: The Secret of Easter Island is in Mt. TBR and Kon-Tiki was released in December of 2007! When I was a kid, I read a picture-book version of Kon-Tiki, and Mr. Heyerdahl is certainly a fascinating guy. I might have to keep Fatu-Hiva; it sounds pretty interesting.

This book was in my 2nd travel narrative bookbox when it came home. This one looks interesting, think I'll add it to my Mt. TBR. Thanks for putting this one in!
I've had this book for far too long. Sorry! I really wasn't sure about this book, so it get looked over a bunch. I really enjoyed this book. It was interesting and easy to read. I'm so glad I finally got a chance to read it! Will be moving it along soon
