I found it on a bookshelf in the dining-area porch of the gorgeous Crescent Lake Lodge, on the Olympic Peninsula. Nothing else but airport-book junk on the shelf, so this was a real find. I'll leave it on the street somewhere in my hometown of Portland, Oregon.
