I found this book in the sale bins of the used book stores here in the Philippines. $2.00, a real bargin. It seems to have been culled from a library in the US, and shipped here for re-sale. A great find for me! I found myself underlining and higlighting many passages, and addiny two pages of my own coments to the blank pages in the back of the book. Today Jan. 16, I will post it to friends in the States who I think will ejoy it, and hope they pass it along to those I have named on a slip of paper attached to the book, and when they all have finished it, hope they pass it on to others.
