Hello and congratulations! This year two great Sandpoint traditions, The Festival at Sandpoint and bookcrossing.com, teamed up to make this year's Festival even more special by releasing thousands of books for festival participants to find and enjoy. This book is one of them! While you are not a grand
prize winner for our contest, you're still lucky because you've found a good book, and a whole community of book lovers dedicated to sharing books with each other, and the world, through BookCrossing.

Although BookCrossing is based here in Sandpoint, it has members in 140 countries with over 4,500,000 "bookcrossed" books traveling the globe. We hope you'll stick around a bit and get to know BookCrossing -- maybe even join (it's free!) and make a journal entry on this book. Feel free to read and keep this book, pass it on to a friend, or even release it"in the wild" for someone else to find like you did. If you do choose tojoin and journal, then you can watch the book as it travels -- you'll be alerted by email each time your book is found and someone makes another journal entry. It's free to join, spam-free, and strictly confidential as you're known only by your screen name and no one is ever given your email address.

We hope you enjoyed the 2008 Festival at Sandpoint, and hope you continue to find pleasure through BookCrossing.com. Happy reading!

I caught this book at the festival on my birthday Aug 9th. It caught my eye and my grand daughter Ally and I have read it together serveral times. She is going to release it at her school this week. She is in kindergarden. I hope we will get to follow along as it travels the streams of the world.

I caught the book from a classmate at school, and I plan to release the book to a friend of mine in the neighborhood.
What a great tradition Sandpoint has! We are new to Sandpoint and are discovering each month, new things that make this such a special place to live.
