Picked up at the meetup at the Book Fair, had read The Siege by the same author.
I agree with the first entry, just not as captivating as the Siege, but an interesting concept. The book is about what it says on the tin, life after Ruby, but also talks about the mother and her relationships.

To be put in the It Takes Two Bookbox.

I don't know why, but I'm afraid I was a bit disappointed by this book. It's written in 3 parts, and I enjoyed the first two, but the final part felt rushed, and left me feeling dissatisfied somehow.

This book came out of the "It Takes Two" bookbox, and I'm going to put it back into the box in the hopes that someone else gets more from it than I did!
