This is a very exciting book. I learned a great deal about climbing and found myself with a new respect for the men and women who risk so much to accomplish their dreams.
Jon Krakauer's riveting true account of the Mt Everest disaster in 1996 is as suspenseful and exciting as any work of fiction I have ever read. Once you pick up this moving book you will not want to put it down.
