*Walden and Other Writings

My edition is hard to read, bad paper and print but you have to have time for Thoreau anyways.
His essay on "Civil Disobidience" is a MUST READ and Walden is not only earlier but also better than comparable books like "Das Kapital". I'm sure you will think a lot about your living while you read it.
I did, not only because I was in military arrest for 11 weeks when I read it, but also because I was in search for improving my life.

Recieved this book yesterday in the mail. Thanks to TomK32!
The paper and the print aren´t too bad. It´s just the usual Bantam paperback. I´m used to it; so that won´t keep me from reading it! For sure!
I´ll check back when I´m done with it. Could be a while though - hope that´s not a problem.
Cheers,
MrBones
