This is a replacement for a book I originally registered that got waylaid on a bookring.Original journal entries can be seen - here.

Ooh, this was such a fun book! I thought the style would grate on my nerves, but it just fit the story (or the other way round), and I enjoyed it thoroughly. :)

Arrived today. Thank you iliotropio for sending and Jive-Monster for replacing the original. I have only read one Liz jensen before, but did find it peculiarly amusing. I'm hoping for more of the same and it will be my next read.
Liz Jensen does weave some impressive storylines, this book is no exception. Reminded me very much of Robert Rankin with the humour and thought process. I did enjoy the refrences to modern day objects by a nineteeth century lady.
