Prairie Nocturne: A Novel

Ivan Doig is a big deal Montana writer, and I'm Montanan, so I need to read him, though I haven't yet.
In the "Just Not Into It" book box. BTW, the Montana-themed book box was cancelled due to lack of interest.
I decided to rescue this book from the Just Not Into It Bookbox. Thanks for including it, I am sure I can find a new loving home for it-poor little unloved book.

Captivating tale, vivid and prosaic description of early American prairie life and countryside.. I felt immersed into the setting.. we brought this book back to Acworth, Georgia and are now sending it to its next stop in Montclaire, NJ where it will be happily read, then passed along to another appreciative reader. We do hope it doesn't get lost in the wild again..
