This book doesn't look or sound so incredibly fascinating, but it really is very well-written and includes tons of funny and engaging info. Steven Levitt debunks a lot of conventional wisdom and really makes you reconsider some of those things you always considered "facts". As a statistician by training, I love the use of data to show that correlation frequently does not imply causation. I especially enjoyed the chapters on crime and crime rates, and also on people's names.
