It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.My Soul to Keep

I read the sequel before this; it wasn't bad, neither is this, and I like the way this one focuses on the aspects of trying to live as an immortal in ordinary society, goes into the psychology of the immortal Dawit in a surprisingly believable way. There was little suspense (after all I knew a lot of the plot developments from the sequel) but parts of it were gripping anyway, because Due managed to make the characters matter. The one thing I didn't like was the sappiness of the religious talk, the references to heaven and blessings and such -- even a pretty good writer like Due can't make that less than nauseating.
