A find at 60p and an author I used to love and haven't read for a long time with a great picture of Rita Tushingham on the cover from the film with Peter Finch.

This copy is about 1966 and has inscription of
Anthony Rowe..Guildford..Ash Wednesday 1967

2nd in Country Girls trilogy..and moves the style on a little . I think I prefer the first book's style. This covers the girls first love affairs when they move to Dublin and Caithleen living with a man who her father doesn't approve of at all..as he is still married!! the girls then leave for England.
This book was made into a film with Rita Tushingham which I would like to find.
