I was delighted to be one of the winners in your draw, Ahava. Leaving Mother Lake arrived yesterday to my post office and I picked it up today, warm thanks. I will read this with great interest and then return the book to you as requested.

This was a story of a culture so different that in some points it almost felt magical. Namu's childhood environment is so beautifully described, that the reader has no troubles on walking with her on the mountain paths and rowing with her on the Mother Lake. A very interesting picture is also drawn on the family dynamics and the village life. In the end, Yang Erche Namu had the courage and strong determination to pursue her dream, a lesson to be learned for everybody.
The book will now return to Ahava, warm thanks for sharing this.

The book reached me a long time ago but was quite soon lost. Today I found it lying on my desk. Thank you for your comments, Bookgeo, they really enticed my interest to see what the book is like!
