If you haven't read this book you should. It about a WWII vet in the hospital. He has had both arms removed, both legs, his face destroyed, his eyesight and hearing is gone. Basically he is just a torso. Unfortunalty he is a torso with a brain. The book is his thoughts. There is no punctuation because in the mind there is none, just a constant ramble of thoughts. It is still very easy to follow though.
