I really like Anne Lamott's writings, but this is the first of her FICTION books that I've read. I particularly like her sense of humor. Her characters aren't perfect (their lives are somewhat "messy") but that makes them more REAL and believable.

I caught the book in the Govt Center in downtown SLO. I had never heard of Bookcrossing and am totally pleased. I love to read, going through a book a week at least. I will release it back into the govt center tomorrow. I enjoyed the book. Never read one of her books before. She is quite funny.
