This book details the political career of Julian, a Roman Emperor in the early common era, who attempted to revive the old pagan beliefs. I found it to be very well written and interesting, though it is definitely not a book for the religiously sensitive. I can see it really offending some people, so if you think this might be you please leave it somewhere public once again.
