Left by a housemate at my sharehouse in London. She didn't like it at all - I will be interested to see what I think about it, once I have read it.

I found this hard going at times, and thought about abandoning it on several occasions.

Nazneen's story was hard going, and so gross at times!! The stuff she had to do for her husband. The story was heartwarming at times, with Nazneen's show of strength and independence....although I got totally lost with some of the letters from her sister! Opps!

Am sending this one off as a RABCK with a Bookray, to Australia, in the hopes that it will somehow make it to the Convention in October!!

OOOhh an extra book! Cool!!!

This one looks interesting and is right up my alley! I'll TRY to read it by the Convention otherwise seeing it's begging to go it might have to leave my hot little hands unread! I'm snowed under with books I've promised to read and take to Convention so I'll see how things go and hopefully will get this one read as well! :-)

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oops I goofed!!

I had 3 books that I hadn't read (2 were comic style books that I was confident I could knock off in a day) in the back of my car so they didn't get mixed up with the 107 books I had in various bags and boxes for the Convention. I honestly meant to read it when I finished the book I was on, or release it 'unread' (as you can see by previous 'release note' journal entry) but it was a naughty book and wiggled down under some other stuff and hid from view! I only found it when I was packing my car to return to Keith at the end of Convention! Your other 2 books were taken and placed on the swap table.

So I've brought it home and will read it and then take it to a Meet-up and pass it along to the other Adelaide BCers. After a Convention is just a large 'meet-up' isn't it??? So I am hoping a Meet-up will suffice when I eventually do release this book? :-)

I'm afraid I am less noble than you Hawkette - I have struggled to get 'into' this book and just can't. I persevered for a while but then figured there are 100's of books in the world that i WANT to read and never will so why spend any more time on a book that is not 'gripping' me at all. Sorry. I'll pass it along at a Meet-up and hopefully it will be appreciated more by it's next owner.

Sent to me by aussie-rose, along with several other books, to fill up the bag when she was forwarding a bookring to me. What a lovely surprise! Thanks aussie-rose:)
