In this haunting book, Isabel Allende writes in her own evocative style of her daughter's illness. I'm always impressed with her use of language and here it really is quite beautiful.

I'm releasing it make room on the shelves, although I don't know where. I might just take it into town and hope for inspiration!

Have passed this to a non-Bookcrossing friend by way of introduction to the game. Don't know whether she'll join but I hope she'll enjoy the book anyway!
