Picked up at a used book sale to benefit the American Heart Association at the Indiana Heart Hospital.
9/2 Update: Excellent book! I did not like The Secret Life of Bees or whatever her other book was called, but this one was fantastic, I'm glad I gave her another chance. This book actually reminded me of Anita Shreve's writing. Very lyrical and flowing. I'm starting to worry how lately I've been reading/listening to a rash of books about women have mid-life crises and needing to rediscover themselves. Makes me want to indulge in some chic lit.
