REVIEW: well, this is the first BC book i've reviewed/read that i've given a 10 to. i thought this was a great book, and it read as if i was watching a film! great characterisation, strong dialogue/tension, sad story (wanted it to be a happy ending!) but poignant and making a point about society, and how sometimes relationships are not always what you think they are. i think that the shirt imagery was seen in real life, and sparked off this story in proulx's mind (just made that up - i dont know btw!).
