This is Picoult's last book, and I couldn't put it down (as usual), but I'm starting to find some similarities in her books structures. So, I might wait a while before I read any other of her books. Even though, the book is very good and the story completely enthralling. This book is travelling to Portugal to meet some of my friends;)

Ever since I've read "Keeping Faith" a few months ago, I haven't stopped reading Jodi Picoult's books one afther the other ... this was the only one I didn't have on my TBR yet, so thanks Moimeme for the loan :-)
Will probably be going with me on my vacation ...

The latest Jodi Picoult is a good read, like usual, but I had a hard time reading it all at once like I usualy do with her books. It's the 10th book I've read of hers this year, and this one had one too many psychological insights for me, so in some parts I just had to force myselt to keep reading... and in agreement with what Moimeme said, some things in this plot reminded me of "Perfect Match" (the best friend/lover threesome, for example). This doesn't have the depth of "My sister's keeper" or "Second Glance", and I just hope that Ms Picoult is not losing her touch after so many bestsellers ...
Thanks, Moimeme, for sending it all the way from Tasmania .. it will be passed on to fflloorr today.

I agree with Moimeme, the structure of Picoult's books are very similar but that doesn't bother me. However, I didn't find this book as good as some others.
Anyway, thanks for the loan Moimeme. The book will be waiting for your return :-)

Ms Picoult always choose controversial subjects, and this one was no exception, even though it's easier to "take sides" than usual.
Not her best, really, after you've read 'My Sister's Keeper' and 'The Pact', but still a very enjoyable read. And it keeps you thinking what would you do if you ever face that situations?
I just found the resolution of the "threesome" a bit rushed and strange. Is it really that simple???

Thanks so much for sharing with us, Moimeme, it's now going to the greedy hands of Virgulina :o)
