I had expected this to be written as a narrative account of a heroic young reporter etc etc. It turned out to be an analysis of her character, her past (pretty dodgy) and the mistakes - both hers and others' - that led to her death. A good read but not exactly gripping.

Picked up at last night's meetup. I enjoyed the movie when I finally prepared myself to watch it, so I'm looking forward to reading this.

I just couldn't get into this even though it's only a short book. I tried 3 times with no luck. I guess Veronica came across as too much of a pain-in-the-arse. Life's too short so I'll move on now.
