It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.Toot & Puddle: Charming Opal
2 journalers for this copy...
I've had this book in the kids reading basket for a few months. It's been read a few times as a bedtime story and now that my youngest is beginning to read I pulled it out for her to try on her own. She was very uninterested but I'm not sure if it was boredom due to the book or due more to the fact that she had to read the words herself. When asked if she wanted to keep it she crinkled up her nose and shook her head "no" so I'll wild release it or trade it in the hopes it finds a better home ;)
The story is a cute one about three pigs. Opal comes to visit her two older cousin's, Toot & Puddle, and they're all having a great visit until Opal loses a tooth & a search begins. Fearing the tooth fairy won't come to their home, the older cousin devises a plan so Opal won't be disappointed. It's a sweet story with adorable illustrations. Just didn't grab either of my kids . . .
