I got this book more as a career resource than a family resource. I do not have children but work with them every day. I have also become a huge fan of Doctor Phil as I have watched him more and more these past couple years. This is not strictly a parenting book but a book with lots of general advice for the success of children. It has already become a handy and informative resource.
