I am so thrilled to have found this book. I went to one of my favourite floating pubs on the Thames, The Queen Mary, to farewell Kerry and Iain who are about to set off for a Portuguese working holiday and where I have previously released books on occasion. On the bench in the ladies loo (one of my favourite release spots) this book was sitting, obviously waiting for me. Kerry has always been supportive of my reading and my releasing of bookcrossing books so it was just so fitting that I found a book at this time, in this pub, with this person. I now have my eye out for the rest of the series.

Mma Ramotswe's advice and dectective work is faultless as ever. In this book we meet some new characters in Botswana; some are shady, some are good, some are average. They are all portrayed beautifully by Alexander McCall Smith. It took me a while to grab hold of the calm thread of life these books breathed out but once I did, man did I enjoy it. I will be sorry to see the end of this series and wish Mma Ramotswe and the gang happy travels.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

RELEASE NOTES:

Left on a bench very close to the first glass sculpture just at the Victoria Gate entrance.

This book was earmarked to visit the Yorkshire Sculpture Park back in September however bad weather and laziness prevented me from making the trip. I have made it up to this book and a couple of others by setting them free in Kew Gardens at the Chihuly glass sculpture exhibtion instead.

It was such a nice autumn day at Kew, I thoroughly enjoyed wandering about and taking a few snaps.

My husband and I had been wandering around the park all day talking lots of pictures of the flowers and the amazing display of Chihuly glass sculptures. We had just bought a take away coffee and had stopped to enjoy the beautiful sunny autumn day when we discovered the book on a bench at about 3pm. I have already read the No1 detective agency and I am looking forward to catching up with Mma Ramotswe.
