1 journaler for this copy...
I haven't read this book but this duplicate copy in my collection is currently available to anyone interested:
The Book on the Bookshelf is Henry Petroski's look at how books are stored, and have been stored for centuries. The book goes into the history of books themselves, where you learn much about not only books, and bookshelves, but scrolls, printing, various sorting systems, printing and spelling conventions over the years, and various other minutiae.
This author has quite the inquisitive mind and has the skills as a fine writer to boot.
