Very useful instruction book. I purchased this for a college class on yoga at Albright College.

Recieved this book today . When I opened it I saw a large book and I tried to gueess it`s name . It was what I expected . It is simply great and I hope it will be a great help for me to initiate myself in yoga . Also about the postcard that you send me I want to tell you that I`m a Harry Potter fan and what you worte on the backside is about my life ..I`m very stressed ......

Thank you for tihs book and I`m sorry for the delay . It is a very intersting book about meditation and I intend to practice from it in the summer . :)
