At some point, everyone succumbs to the temptation of longing for what might have been. Some people dwell there. This book does an excellent job of showing us that living with our eyes only on the past means that we lose our ability to imagine and create a healthy happy present (and future). Highly recommend this to all readers.
(Content warning: this book has a character with suicidal thoughts).
