I got this softcover at Barnes and Noble. It's the first volume in a continuation series to the original, wildly popular Cardcaptor Sakura. (I enjoyed the anime adaptation, though I prefer the subtitled version to the bowdlerized dubbed version.) This volume has an extensive character-list and story-so-far bit up front, so newcomers to the series can start here without TOO much confusion {wry grin}.
As of this volume, it looks like a here-we-go-again plot - something's happened to all of Sakura's carefully-collected cards, and now they're all transparent and empty. So of course she has to find a way to reactivate each one, this time with a full complement of allies. Not a lot of actual plot so far, but lots of fun bits between the characters, and of course the artwork's lavish and enjoyable.
[There's a TV Tropes page on the franchise, including spin-off series and screen adaptations.]
