this is a strange story. its based on the author's memoirs of her childhood. its about her life growing up living in a town next to niagara falls in the 1950's. her father was the town workaholic pharmacist. her mother was eccentric to say the least, never cooking meals EVER. they dined out 3 meals a day. her parents had her working in the pharmacy from a very, very young age. around 4 i think.

I was walking past kmart at my local shopping centre when I found this book. Im about 3/4 of the way reading it, I plan to leave it somewhere in Augusta when I go down south next week.
