Three things happened on 5th May, the day everyone sang 'Happy Birthday' to Kinsey Millhone. The repairs were completed on her apartment and she moved back in. She was hired by Mrs Clyde Gersh to bring her mother back from the Mojave Desert. And lastly, a real surprise. The news that she'd made one of the top slots on Tyrone Patty's hit list.

What a life Kinsey has! This time she is not just investigating but is on the defensive too as someone is out to kill her (again). Which heralds the return of Dietz who is basically a male version of Kinsey. I love how she is amazingly resilient, smart and funny.

Found this today at an Edinburgh BookSwap & BookCrossing meeting at Jeremiah’s Taproom, top of Leith Walk, Edinburgh! So, so far it’s not travelled too far but I’ve picked it up because I thought I would add it to a parcel I’m preparing… …watch this space!
