I got this fair-condition paperback from Better World Books. It's an interesting mix of space-warriors and epic battles - and ancient high-fantasy-style oaths of fealty. The main character, Felix, is a top-of-the-line scout and warrior who - like everyone on this planet - wears extreme body-armor that's partly self-contained survival suit and partly near-unbeatable weapon. But Felix has some unusual aspects, which unfold slowly as the story progresses.
