So, I went to a Postcrossing meetup, and I came home with THREE BAGS of the most amazing books!

Thank you for catching this book and coming here to see its journal!
To me, it’s important to be sure this book is in (your!) good hands. Please, let me know that you’ve found it. I’m also interested to know what you thought of it. That’s why I ask you to re-visit the site and make another journal entry sharing your thoughts and maybe telling what kind of plans you have for it.

If you are new to BookCrossing, stay in the site a bit longer and enjoy it. You’re more than welcome to join the fun and become a member.

HAPPY READING!!!
Many thanks, Herchelle

CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:

Returning this to Book Box #1.

I pulled this book out of the Traveling Book Box #1, and thought how strange. There was no BCID label on the cover and yet it was in the book box. A few pages in, I found the label and I had registered it in 2017 but never read it before passing it to the group. Shameful of me.
Frog Music looks interesting and I will read it, especially after reading the back…It is 1876, and San Francisco, the freewheeling “Paris of the West”, is in the fierce grip of a record-breaking heat wave and a small pox epidemic.
Sounds like the summer of 2021, doesn’t it?!
Also in the box was another book by Emma Donoghue, ROOM. So I pulled that one as well.
