The book was pretty good. I wasn't too fond of the style of I ended up liking it more than I thought I would. My favorite parts where her smart comments, My fav. was:

"When there was a pause in their nicing, I made my mouth move smileward: I'd love to stay and talk, but I have to go shoot some heroin now."

It's a light fun read that took me only a day to finish.

I too wasn't sure if I would like this book since it took me a bit to get into it but I really ended up liking it. It was her sarcasm that did it - I thought she was funny. The line that I liked the best...

"I'll just mess it up. The only relationships I haven't wrecked right away were the ones that wrecked me later."

Not so much funny but I could relate so...

I am a bit confused by one whole section about the downstairs neighbor - I don't know if I missed something big but I don't see how it related to the main character. I must miss some tie-in, if not - then it would be rather pointless IMO.

Offered up on bookrelay and will be mailing out.
