Bought and read for an organised read. Underwhelming. Although this was the first and set the standard, there are better day-in-the-life narratives. I got to the end and didn't understand the point.

Picked up at York Bookcrossing Meetup. A book that is constantly being mentioned - let's see what it's actually like.
The Bloomsbury set are not usually my thing, but I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this. A day in the life of London, as seen through the eyes of Clarissa Dalloway, a society hostess planning a party, and other people whose lives touch hers - a fascinating evocation of a place, a period and a mindset.
To be released at the Brigantes pub. York, at the January meeting of the York book-crossing Meet-up.
This turned up at the York Bookcrossing Meetup again. I liked it before, and no-one else seems to want it, so I'm keeping it - for now, anyway!
