I recall a serialisation of this book on R4, and tbh it worked better in that format than as a read for me. Middle-class journos and media types jetting around the world on a cricket tour might sound like a fun read, but perhaps a specialised subject, and not one that particularly engaged me. There's a little too much unrestrained bitterness throughout too, though the ending came as a bit of a shock...
