Wow - this is the first time I can say I was disappointed with a Kellerman novel. It makes me glad that JK is taking a break from Alex & Milo for a while. It took me a few weeks to get through it, because I honestly lost interest in the story and found the end to be pretty preposturous.
In between starting and finally finishing, I read Over the Edge in the span of a few days. There's some good Kellerman, that.
