I decided to read this book after falling in love with the film. My three favourite things in one go - books, chocolate and France - what could be better. The book was just as amazing as the film - and it doesn't hurt to have Johnny Depp on the front cover!

I didn't see the movie. In this book I like the fairy-tale. I would say that Joanne Harris describes the rural France as many many years ago, or perhaps not...

Received this book as part of the First Sentences Virtual Book Box. Nice surprise! I've wanted to read this book ever since I saw the movie. The book is always better, right? ;-)
