This is one of my all-time favorite books in the world. Abbey is a curmudgeon, but a truly loveable one. This memoir of his time at Arches National Park will cause bursts of laughter, a strong desire to go West and see the sights, and hopefully, a long love of Abbey's unusual and humorous worldview. A great memoir of a unique person and an awesome place!

I love this book! I included a copy with the original bookbox, and another copy was fittingly included when the bookbox returned home. All things go full circle. Perhaps it's a sign I should re-read this one before setting it free.
