It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. A very interesting, and thorough history of Hawaii, from 1820 to 1898. After reading it, I really believe that August 2nd (Annexation Day in Hawaii) should be a day of mourning for all that was lost when the United States took this proud land. This rich history really is a sad one, from the native Hawaiians point of view. I think the inside book jacket says it all, "A fascinating and sweeping account of Hawaii's turbulent history". Mahalo to Julia Flynn Siler for writing this book!
