My first Ridley Pearson book and I definitely want to read more after this one! It’s a terrifically fast pace set in gorgeous Sun Valley, Idaho – playground to the rich even smack-dab in the middle of the recession. Sheriff Walt Fleming is a sympathetic character who also doesn’t take much crap from anybody. The potential theft of a rare and valuable wine collection at auction quickly turns into a different and much larger heist, leaving Fleming and his department scrambling to keep up with a criminal who has seemingly thought of everything. The involvement of Walt’s nephew and a movie producer’s daughter complicates matters even further. An exciting read – you will finish this one quickly, believe me!
