So when Nick comes along - lovely, funny, handsome Nick, who has no money whatsoever, lives in a grotty North London bedsit and thinks the perfect night out consists of the pub, his mates and a few pints - she decides he's only good for a fling.......
This is an older copy - 1999.

Released 12 yrs ago (1/7/2012 UTC) at By Mail, A RABCK -- Controlled Releases
CONTROLLED RELEASE NOTES:
Sending this book to USA for the 2012 Birthday RABCK. Happy Birthday!
Thank you so much for sending this. Funny enough, I actually received two copies of this book, both from the UK, on the same day (today!). I think that means I am supposed to read this book! I'm going to make this one available for trade or release so hopefully another member can enjoy it.
Sending to the winner of my mystery box RABCK!
Sounds funny and light - I appreciate your generous box of RABCK's, sunshinedreem!
Cute, if predictable, chick-lit revolving around twenty-something Libby's search for love. She decides to have a fling with Nick - who is a gorgeous struggling novelist. But things don't work out for them. Then she is thrown together with Ed and despite there being a lack of chemistry she begins a relationship with him. Ed is enormously wealthy and Libby tries to talk herself into love.
This was a little too formulaic for me - most of the characters were somewhat predictable (although I did like Nick) and the action was predictable. Perhaps its age has dated it - this was written in the late 90's - and it was fresher then. But for me it's not as fun as the Shopaholic or Bridget Jones series.
Sending on as part of the wishlist tag game.

For bamaforever as part of the wishlist tag game. I am sorry this is late but I had the worst virus for the last 10 days and have hardy moved from bed to couch and back for most of it. I have finally reached a slightly human stage. :)
Thank you Bkind2books for this book and for tagging me. I have read some of Jane Green's other novels and really enjoyed them, so I am looking forward to trying this one out as well.
