It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.

Synopsis/Review (Credit: Back cover)

When the wind whistles through the window, when the panes shiver and the wind and the sea rage, what does one do? What does Mrs Reinhardt do? Torn between two opposites, between two fears and longings, Mrs Reinhardt searches for the balance that has left her life.

With warmth, poignancy and the paradox which characterises her writing, Edna O'Brien shows her supreme gifts as a storyteller.

Edna O'Brien can tell a story, and she can definitely bring the conflicting dialogue of internal turmoil out on the page and into words. Interesting words, too; I had to reach for the dictionary just the right number of times (enough to stretch my vocabulary, not so much as to become disruptive or unnatural). I will look out for some of her novels.

There were a few singularities in this short story that didn't come across as convincing to me -- thus the 7 rather than an 8. Then again, life is sometimes stranger than fiction.
