Picked up in a bag from Freecycle.org. Shame I did not get it in time to contribute it to the Dunedin convention...
Registered for the race to 3 million books by April 2006.
These stories were written in the late 1940s and at the time of publication 1951 Janet was in a mental hospital with schizophrenia. When the book won the Hubert Church Award she was saved from a leucotomy operation - her writing quite literally saved her.
I have been checking out wishlists for my available books and this is going to a wishlistee!
