Very serious reading. Arguing that citizenship in Oz "has been masculinised , and women's citizenly activities marginalised.", despite women winning the vote at federation in 1901. (South Australian women were the first Australian women to win the vote and the second in the world behind New Zealand.) They gained the vote and the right to stand for parliament in 1888 but did not enter parliament until the 1960's!)

I will drop it off while I am walking the elderly dog. time depends on her waking time.
