Heading to the Australian BC Convention!
Gratefully received, to be released at the convention in October. Thanks from the convention committee.
Thank you both for sending this book to the Melbourne convention.
And thanks also to the convention committee. Daughter Charlene brought this home for me, no doubt to add to my guilt for not attending !
Don't remember if I've read this, so it'll go on my bookshelf.

Amazon Editorial Review
It's a year since Tina Evans lost her little boy Danny in a tragic accident, a year since she began the painful process of trying to rebuild her life. Then a shattering message appears on the blackboard in Danny's old room: NOT DEAD Is it someone's idea of a grim joke? Or the tangible evidence of her tormented unconscious? Or something!more? The search for an answer, the search for Danny, demands a courage and endurance beyond any that Tina thought she possessed. Only her love for her son, her love for the one man who believes her, drives her on, through the neon clamour of Las Vegas nightlife, the sun-scorched desert, and the frozen mountains of the High Sierra. People die, coldly, brutally, as a buried truth struggles to surface. A truth so incredible, so frightening, so dangerous that its secret must be kept at the price of any life -- any man, any woman!any child.
Don't remember if I've read this, so it'll go on my bookshelf.
Book has been neatly covered to protect it on it's journey, with a 'Travelling Book' sticker on the front.
Started reading this last week, wondering if I'd already read it. I hadn't ! The weather was rather hot, so staying in air-conditioned comfort seemed like a great idea, and I was certainly enjoying this.
Now WHERE have I put it ? Carried it around with me leaving it in a stupid place ? Put it aside in a 'safe' place to return to ? So safe I don't know where it is ? Grrrrr....
No doubt this will turn up when I least expect it, to be completed at last. Sorry, folks.

Stop looking ! Found it down behind my bed, so will finish reading it when I've read what I'm reading now.
Despite 'losing' this book when I'd almost finished reading it, re-read entire thing and enjoyed it. Characters came alive with their strengths and weaknesses, and I enjoyed the scenic descriptions. Even though the plot seemed unrealistic, disbelief was suspended with a happy (?) ending.
Then, reading through the author's notes at the end caused a real laugh out loud moment, adding to my further reading pleasure.
Here's hoping future readers enjoy it.

Book found way down behind computer #2, with my OBCZ poster from 2004.
Found as workstation - and in fact entire shop - being dismantled today for relocation at Thomas Brew Lane. AND I even scored a bookshelf out of it all. Picking that up tomorrow morning and hopefully placing it in the new premises next week.
